Coconut, Chocolate and Banana Dollups

These are fantastic!  No sugar and super healthy

Chocolate Chip, Banana, Peanut Butter and Coconut Dollups:

Ingredients:
3 large bananas
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of organic peanut butter (see the brand I use- below)
3 cups of dried coconut flakes (unsweetened)

1 tsp cinnamon
sea salt to taste
1 cup of dates (remove the pits)
1 organic vegan 72% or higher dark chocolate (broken into chunks)

Directions: Mix the bananas and dates in a high powered mixer (I use my Breville) until smooth and the lumps are removed. In a big bowl add all other ingredients and stir until evenly combined. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop dollops of the dough, each about 1 teaspoon in size on the baking sheets. Press down a bit to flatten them. Bake for 20 minutes or until the dollups are golden brown on the bottom.

Justin's Peanut Butter: This is now my favorite peanut butter.  Is it all natural- peanuts and organic palm oil.  I buy it at Whole Foods.  It is the ONLY nut butter I have found that does not add sugar and is all natural/organic.
