Yum! Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce with sugar is the way of the past, so I made some delicious yet healthy alternatives for this Thanksgiving.
Relish:
1 bag of organic, whole cranberries.  Fresh
1/4 apple chopped
Half teaspoon of cinnamon and half teaspoon nutmeg
1 Orange, peeled, sliced (make sure to cut off the membrane
Agave Nectar to taste

Mix in a high speed blender or food processor until well mixed (will be chunky).  Chill and keep in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.

Sauce:
1 bag of organic, whole cranberries.  Fresh
1 cup chopped apple
Half of a lemon, juiced
Half of an orange, juiced
Half teaspoon of cinnamon and have teaspoon nutmeg
Handful of walnut
Handful or raisins
Agave Nectar to taste

Mix 1 cup water and agave nectar (make like a simple syrup), bring to boil.  Add rinsed cranberries to the mixture for 2 minutes on high.  Turn to medium to low heat, add the rest of the ingredients (walnut and raisins last).  Cook for 15 minutes, until desired consistency.  Let cool and serve.
