Yum! Baked French Toast

1 loaf of Challah (Challah with raisins in pic) or Sourdough.
3 egg whites, 3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup of Buttermilk or heavy cream
1/4 cup of agave nectar or 3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 Tsp. cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. nutmeg

Topping:
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
butter, but into pieces

Directions: Spray a pan (9x13 or a bit smaller).  Tear bread ( a little bigger than bite-sized chunks) and evenly place in pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan, cover and place in the refrigerator over night.  Mix the topping and place over the top before baking (I have made this without the topping and it is just as good).  Bake for an hour at 350 degrees.  You can bake longer if you like it drier.

I put a bag of frozen berries in the refrigerator overnight then drain and mash with a fork.  Top off your french toast!
